Functions OF COCOON BOBBIN WINDING MACHINE
1. Maximized permanency(through sole system) : 1main shaft for 1
bobbin spindle winding
2. Steady and serial manufacturing og bobbin yarn : Small helical gear
shaft working
3. Synchronous winding of cotton & Polyster yarn : During cotton yarn
winding, optinal equipment makes polyester yarn be winding on the other
spindle.
4. Landmark of synchronous winding of 2 size #6 & 12 : During #6 & #12
: During #6 size bobbin yarn winding, another spinder can wind #12(Top
shuttle siae) size bobbin yarn.
5. No tangle any more : Neat finish of bobbin, prevents yarn tangling
from loosen yarn which can possible happens during embroidery working.
6. Continous working is possible : Even through it needs checking by
spindle problem, another spinder can keep working using extra belt.
